University of Dayton Career Services assists UD students and alumni with career-related needs from admission to retirement. Working with employers, Career Services provides opportunities for companies to connect with students and alumni through career fairs, on-campus interviews, social media and company information sessions.

Career Development and Counseling – assist students to determine career pathways.

Home of Student Employment – Place students within university-based student employment and work study placement in not-for-profits (i.e., Dayton Children’s Hospital).

Employment Exposure Programs – Career fairs, on-campus interviews, co-ops, internships, and full-time jobs. “Hire a Flyer” program for students, as well as alumni. “Miami Valley Post” is a centralized job posting network for colleges and universities in the Miami Valley.

Career Success Data – Publish graduate destination data to track post-graduation employment data, admission into graduate school, and work with volunteer and military service programs.
