The ASPIRE program aims to support a highly-trained and educated workforce by providing high quality, basic education and critical thinking training, assisting people to achieve a living wage through additional services (i.e., reading or math readiness classes directed at job readiness tests), and assists adults who are native born or from other countries in literacy to get them job ready through literacy and cultural training.
