Kettering, Centerville, and Oakwood High Schools participate in a career tech compact to deliver career- technical education. Career Technical Education begins in the junior year of high school with an emphasis on continuing on to college with post-secondary education. Career Tech Education programs stress mathematics, science, communication and technology. These programs also emphasize teamwork, hands-on learning, work-site experiences, critical thinking and problem solving. Courses are offered at Centerville and Kettering locations with students from all three school elegible to apply for admission into the programs
